Terms & Conditions

Prices are for a 3 night stay with advanced reservations. There will be a slightly higher rate for fewer than 3 nights
Each room is equipped with color satellite TV, refrigerator, full bath and A/C.
All rates include 9% NH Rooms Tax and are subject to change without notice.
Off-season rates available in May and September.
Extra person: $10.00/night
Sorry, NO pets allowed June through Labor Day.
Parking is available for one car per room. Extra cars may park in our back parking lot.
Check-In: 3:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM At the time of checkout – 11:00 AM – all guest privileges (pool, parking, etc.) expire.
If you plan on spending the day at the beach, there is parking available in our back lot at a charge of $10/day.
One night’s deposit is required to guarantee reservations.
There are no refunds for early departure.
All facilities are for registered guests only.
Any visitors must register at the office.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit refunded with 14 days notice, gift certificate issued for cancellation without 14 day notice, $10.00 cancellation fee

- We Accept: All major credit cards, American Traveler’s Checks, Cash, Money Orders
- Personal checks accepted for advanced deposit only with at least 10 days prior to arrival
